Qualifications and background

Jane achieved a first class honours BA majoring in Psychology from the University of Queensland in 1988.  Jane's passion for psychology, and in particular the application of psychology in the workplace was re-ignited in the late 90s prompting her to complete her Masters in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck University in 2001.  


Jane has keenly pursued relevant continuing professional development whilst also completing qualifications in coaching and coaching supervision.


Jane's professional qualifications and affiliations include:

  • Associate Fellow of The British Psychological Society (AFBPsS),

  • Registered Occupational Psychologist (HCPC)

  • Accredited Professional Executive Coach (Association for Coaching)

  • Accredited Coaching Supervisor (CSA)

 Jane holds the BPS Level A and B (EFPA Level 1 and 2) and is qualified in the following psychometric instruments:

  • MBTI (Step I and II)

  • Hogan Personality Inventory,

  • EQ-i 360. 


Before moving into consulting in 2000,  Jane worked in a variety of roles, including retail, recruitment, marketing, and facilities management.   Jane has worked independently as the director of her own business for the past 10 years, been part of large, multi-disciplinary teams, experienced the thrill and fear of being a newly appointed junior manager, and led large and disparate teams in a variety of contexts.

Jane also supervises 'practitioners in training' who are working to complete the professional qualification in Occupational Psychology for the British Psychological Society.
