About Jane

I am a chartered occupational and coaching psychologist, consultant, accredited Professional Executive Coach, and accredited coaching supervisor.

For more than 20 years I have worked in the fields of leadership development and coaching, organisational change, strategy and culture, dignity and diversity at work, the physical working environment, team facilitation,  and employee engagement.

Our working lives often lack the space for reflection and generative thinking, and so my aim is to facilitate my clients to take a step back, build self awareness, develop confidence and self belief, acknowledge their strengths, and explore strategies in order to tap into their own creativity to maximize performance, resilience, and personal fulfilment.

Clients say that I am insightful, energetic, and intuitive, and that working with me is fun and intellectually challenging in equal measure!  I combine strong analytical skills with the ability to cut through the noise; together we get to the nub of the issue.

My work is firmly rooted in psychological principles and theories.  I draw upon my background in psychology and my combined love of the theoretical and the practical to work creatively with clients, acting as a catalyst for new perspectives to emerge.  I take an integrative and flexible approach, drawing upon Transactional Analysis, positive psychology, the Thinking Environment, and Cognitive Behavioural principles.  With over 20 year’s line, senior and middle management experience, I have first hand understanding of the challenges of managing and motivating diverse individuals and teams.

In my spare time, I love nothing more than to paint and take photographs, mostly of nature. I am passionate about these past-times and I strive to bring some of this creativity, and a strong sense  of who I am and my values, into how I work  and engage with my clients.
