We are launching something new in 2026.....

....and we're very excited to share it with you....

If you’re a coach, you’ll know that building and sustaining a coaching practice isn’t just about the coaching. Far from it. There’s the business side, the emotional side, the “who am I becoming through this work?” side…

And while most coach training programmes do a brilliant job of teaching us the essential skills of coaching, most barely touch the parts that actually trip us up.

That’s why my good friend and colleague @Kelly Drewery and I are joining forces with two new offerings:  a 12 month Supervision Circle and a series of shorter Accountability Sprints -  two group supervision spaces specifically designed to support you not just as a practitioner, but as a whole person running a real business in the real world.  In essence, we have designed the programme we wish we’d had when we were starting out on our own. Together we will engage in a number of rich inquiries – at the centre of which is “who are you as a coach and how does your coaching business both align with and support your practice?”

We’ve built both spaces around the 5Cs — a simple framework that helps us look at your practice from all the angles that really matter. It’s a mix of the practical stuff, the confidence wobbles, the big-picture questions, and the human side of being a coach. Each C opens up a different kind of conversation; together they enable us to create a space that’s grounded, supportive, and genuinely useful.

Here’s what we’ll be exploring together:

Competence (without the overwhelm)

Running a coaching practice asks a lot: building your profile, pricing confidently, selling without it feeling awkward, contracting well… the list goes on.

We’ll draw on our own experience of building and sustaining coaching businesses — and the collective wisdom in the room — to help you strengthen the practical skills and knowledge that make everything feel a bit more manageable.

Confidence (because yes, even brilliant coaches doubt themselves)

If you’ve ever felt like a phoney, you’re in good company. Coaches with extensive training feel it. Coaches with years of experience feel it. And when it comes to the business side? Most of us feel underprepared and a bit alone.

This circle offers a safe, supportive space to bring the questions you might not have felt able to ask elsewhere. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and offer practical, grounded insight, healthy challenge, and a sense of “oh thank goodness, it’s not just me.”

Coherence (building a practice that actually fits you)

What do you truly want from your coaching practice? What matters most, right now?

So many coaches build their businesses according to someone else’s blueprint — and then wonder why it doesn’t feel quite right.  Through guided self-assessment, we’ll help you clarify what “good” looks like for you, so you can make decisions that honour your values, your energy, and your long-term vision.

No judgement. No pressure. And absolutely no snake oil.

Congruence (because you are the tool)

Your values, your wellbeing, your way of showing up — they’re not optional extras in your practice; they are your practice.

We’ll explore how your core beliefs show up in your brand, your coaching approach, your client relationships, and even your daily routines. And we’ll look at what keeps you well and resilient, so your work aligns with what you genuinely hold to be important.

Compassion (starting with you)

We’re taught from day one to extend unconditional positive regard to others. But how often do we offer the same to ourselves?

Coaches are brilliant at holding compassion — until it comes to their own needs. Together we’ll explore what it looks like to care for yourself while working in partnership with (and in the service of) others. Because self-compassion isn’t indulgent; it’s essential.

If you’re craving a place to think, learn, be stretched, feel supported, and build your practice in a way that feels deeply you, we’d love you to join us. We are running our next free taster event on the 9th January 2026.  To book your place, follow this link:  https://calendly.com/kellydrewery/reflectionsession?month=2026-01 or give me a shout and we can have a chat.

We hope you will join us.

Jane and Kelly
